Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 27, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the publisher of motherlode.bet ("we", "our") handles information when you access the motherlode.bet web interface (the "Interface"). The Interface is a non-custodial front end to publicly deployed smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. We do not maintain user accounts, do not hold user funds, and do not act as a counterparty to any on-chain activity.

2. Information We Collect

The Interface is designed to collect as little information as possible. The categories below describe what we may observe or process when you use the Interface:

2.1. Wallet Addresses

When you connect a wallet, the Interface reads your public Solana wallet address in order to display balances, fetch your existing positions, and construct transactions for you to sign. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous but may be considered personal information when combined with other data. If you choose the Privy login path, Privy may also process the login identifier you provide and the public address of your embedded Solana wallet under Privy's own privacy policy.

2.2. Transaction Data

We read public blockchain data related to your wallet address, including transaction history, balances, and on-chain Protocol activity, in order to render the user interface. This data is publicly available on the Solana blockchain and is not generated by us.

2.3. Usage Data

We or our hosting provider may collect aggregated information about how you interact with the Interface, including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Interface. This helps us improve the Interface.

2.4. Device Information

When you access the Interface, your device automatically sends information such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers as part of standard internet communication protocols. This information may be processed by our hosting provider in routine server logs.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide and maintain the Interface.
  • Construct transactions for you to sign with your wallet.
  • Display your balances, positions, and transaction history.
  • Improve and optimize the Interface.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse.

4. Third-Party Services

The Interface interacts with the following third-party services:

4.1. Solana Blockchain

All transactions are executed on the public Solana blockchain. Transaction data, wallet addresses, and balances are publicly visible and permanent. We have no ability to alter, redact, or delete on-chain data.

4.2. RPC Providers

We use Solana RPC providers (such as Helius and the public mainnet RPC) to read on-chain state and submit signed transactions to the network. These providers may log your IP address and transaction requests in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4.3. Wallets and Privy

The Interface uses the Solana Wallet Adapter to communicate with browser wallets such as Phantom or Solflare, and Privy to provide optional embedded Solana wallets. Wallet providers handle key management; the Interface never receives your private keys or seed phrases. Each wallet provider is governed by its own privacy policy.

4.4. Hosting Provider

The Interface is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect technical information necessary to serve the application (request logs, IP addresses, browser metadata) in accordance with its own privacy policy.

5. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

  • Your name or government identification.
  • Your email address.
  • Phone numbers.
  • Physical addresses.
  • Private keys or seed phrases.
  • Tax identification numbers.
  • Payment-card or bank-account information.

6. Data Storage and Security

We do not maintain a user database. Information necessary to render the UI (your connected wallet address, your positions) is read on demand and is not persisted on our servers. Server logs maintained by our hosting and RPC providers are subject to those providers' own retention policies.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information that passes through third-party providers.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who assist in operating the Interface (under confidentiality agreements).
  • When required by law or to comply with legal process.
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
  • In connection with a business transfer or merger.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The Interface may use cookies and similar technologies to remember wallet-connection preferences, maintain a Privy session if you choose that login path, and improve the Interface. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but this may limit functionality.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Object to processing of your information.
  • Request data portability.

Because we do not maintain user accounts, the practical scope of these rights is limited. On-chain transaction data cannot be deleted or modified by us. To exercise these rights with respect to information processed by our hosting or RPC providers, please contact us through the Interface.

10. Data Retention

We do not retain personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the Interface. Logs maintained by our hosting and RPC providers are retained according to their respective policies.

Note: Blockchain transaction data is permanent and cannot be deleted, as it exists on the public Solana blockchain.

11. Children's Privacy

The Interface is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

12. International Users

The Interface is accessible worldwide. If you are accessing the Interface from outside our jurisdiction, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in our jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction of our hosting providers. By using the Interface, you consent to such transfer.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Interface after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

14. Contact

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us through the Interface.
